FABRIC SELECTION
Fabric selection is one of the most crucial steps in designing apparel. We make custom designed clothing with various fabrics – you can choose any of the fabrics available. We have fabrics suitable for men, women and children’s clothing as well as fabrics which are specifically used for making sports garments.
You can always request a sample pack of fabrics available to you for free, you just pay the shipping. Having a sample in your hand to feel can often help make your decision in choosing the best possible fabric for your custom made clothing.
Casual jersey Fabrics
RTN Sports carries many different casual jersey fabrics. Usually casual jersey fabrics are referred to as knitted fabrics. We offer single jersey knit fabric, interlock knit jersey, double knit jersey and jacquard knit jersey fabrics. These fabrics can be used to make t-shirts, women’s tops, shorts and any other casual wear garment you can think of.
Among these fabrics you can select 100% cotton, 100% polyester or blended fabrics like 60% cotton and 40% polyester; we can also create customized jersey knit fabrics, per your needs, if your ordering quantity is high.
Hosiery Fabrics
Hosiery Fabrics are those fabrics worn as leggings, tights or for undergarments. These fabrics are usually stretchy, with little limitations.
Sports Fabrics
We have over 18 different types of fabrics available to use when making sports apparel. If you are not able to find a selection from this list, we can customize the fabric as per your needs.

Fleece Fabrics
We offer a wide variety of fleece fabrics. Fleece fabric is a thick fabric used for making sweatshirts, sweatpants, or hoodies.
We offer many different fleece fabrics to choose from all with different weights. If you have a specific weight requirement, you can select from our list of fabrics or you can customize the fabric per your specific requirements. Customized fabric only pertains to those ordering high quantities.
